The Geek Podcasting Network is seeking new podcasts for the network.  Do you have a podcast that you need hosting for or an idea for a podcast but don’t know how to get started?  Let us help you!

We are looking for shows about nearly anything, from politics to cooking and everything that may or may not be in between!  If you have a podcast that you would like to have hosted on the network or if you just have an idea for a podcast and you are looking for some help in getting started, shoot an email to me at pcnerd37@globalgeeknews.com.  You can also put your show or idea in the comments with an email address to contact you at and I will be in touch shortly!

Greetings everybody!

After many months of what can only be described as abandonment, I decided to completely redo the site and get it up and running again.  For those that have been here before, you will notice a night and day difference over the old design and it is for the better if I do say so myself!

For those unfamiliar with the Geek Podcasting Network, let me tell you a little about us!  The Geek Podcasting Network is dedicated to hosting some of the most informative, interesting and exciting podcasts on the internet.  We focus mainly on podcasts that geeks are interested in such as technology and news, but we are happy to host podcasts on nearly any topic including sports, politics and even cooking!  The best part is that the hosting is FREE!  You read that right, the hosting is FREE!  The only costs associated with us is if you want to have your own domain, you are required to pay for it yourself although if you are happy with a subdomain, we are happy to provide one.  All we ask in return is that you promote the other shows on the network as well as run the ads of those interested in running ads on the network.  You are welcome to run your own ads on your sites and in you podcasts but if the network is approached to run ads on some or all of the shows on the network, you must be willing to put them in your show.  While this may be a sticking point for some, no matter how many advertisers we have wanting to run ads on the network, we will never overrun your show with ads.  No more than one ad per 30 minutes in a show from us guaranteed!  We want the listeners to have the best possible experience so  we don’t want to assault them with ads.

Anyway, enough ad talk.  While we are currently only offering podcast hosting (and blog hosting too if you ask us nicely!), we hope to expand to incorporate a number of services in the network in the future including podcast tracking to track the number of downloads your show gets among many other things.  Stay tuned for future announcements about new services coming to the network.
